The warehousing facilities range from ambient, temperature controlled and chilled which are essential for food & beverage, cosmetics or pharmaceuticals businesses. The spaces vary in size ranging from 150 square meters up to 1,600 square meters making our facilities suitable for both small or larger businesses. The facilities are guarded 24/7 and monitored by a system of CCTV cameras that have been installed to the highest standards in accordance with all applicable Albanian law. The common grounds are cleaned on a regular basis and the gardens are being taken care of by a full time gardener ensuring the environment is safe & pleasant for all the people that work in the facility or simply visit the site.

 

The facility complies with civil defense fire prevention measures and safety remains a priority at all times. The Lapraka facility is well connected by the “Sheshi Shqiponja” roundabout with great connectivity to the main highways as well as the city center and all districts of Albania through a wide range of bus routes. A number of cafes and restaurants are located at a walking distance from the facility thus making them easily accessible to people that want to take a break or grab lunch during the day. The facility is equipped with all basic utilities that any company needs for its operations which are regularly updated to the highest standards (electricity, water, internet access, telephone, Free WI-FI etc.).
